In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation "RODO"), SpiroPrint sp.j. I. Purpose of data processing and legal basis
Your personal data is processed for the purpose of:
- To perform the Contract between us, in which case the legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(b) RODO. The conclusion of the Contract is reached by accepting our Terms and Conditions and placing an order with SpiroPrint sp.j. E. Zalewska, A. Burzyński ul. Słowackiego 4J , 68-200 Żary.
- Fulfilment of obligations incumbent on the Administrator, (in the situation of placing an order by e-mail or making a purchase in the online shop) where the legal basis is Article 6(1)(c) of the RODO:
- issuing and storing invoices and accounting documents;
- responding to complaints within the time and form stipulated by law.
- The fulfilment of the Administrator's legitimate interests, in which case the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) RODO, and these are the following:
- marketing of the Administrator's own products and services (direct marketing);
- analytical activities (selection of services to meet your needs, optimisation of our products based on your comments and interests, optimisation of service processes, etc.);
- for archival (evidential) purposes in pursuit of our legitimate interest in safeguarding information in the event of the need to demonstrate proper operation;
- possible establishment, investigation or defence against claims;
- customer satisfaction surveys and to improve the quality and customer satisfaction of our services and product sales;
In other cases, your data will only be processed on the basis of your previously given consent (e.g. in particular for the marketing of products and services ), to the extent and for the purpose specified therein.
The provision of data is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion of the contract and its execution.
II. Right of Objection
- You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your Data on the basis of legitimate interests, which we indicate under I. paragraph 3(b) - (e) described above. We will cease to process your Data for these purposes unless there are legitimate grounds whose fulfilment prevents the cessation of processing or it is necessary for the possible establishment, investigation or defence of claims.
- You have the right to object at any time to the processing for direct marketing purposes.
III. Data retention period
- Your data will be processed for the period during which claims may arise in connection with this contract for the period of limitation of claims established under specific legislation, plus an additional year for claims made at thelast minute and delivery problems, calculated from the end of the year in which the contract expired to determine a single data deletion date for contracts ending in a given year.
- We may process data processed for direct marketing of our products and services until you object to its processing for this purpose or the Administrator determines that it is obsolete.
IV. Recipients of the data
- Your personal data may be disclosed to: public authorities and entities performing public tasks or acting on behalf of a public authority, to the extent and for the purposes that follow from the law.
V. Rights of data subjects
- In accordance with the RODO, you have:
- the right to access your data and to receive a copy of it;
- The right to rectify (amend) your data;
- The right to erasure; the right to restrict the processing of your data;
- The right to object to the processing of your data;
- The right to data portability;
- The right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority (President of the Office for Personal Data Protection).
VI. Information about the transfer of data outside the EEA and automated decision-making
- We do not currently transfer or plan to transfer your data outside the European Economic Area. However, should this occur in the future, the processing will be carried out using standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, in order to ensure an adequate level of data protection as required by law.
- Your Data is not subject to automated decision-making including profiling.
